This company has the worst attitude towards renters that we have ever encountered. From the beginning they did not follow through with what they promised. They consistently ignored email and did not resolve many issues that were part of the move-in agreement. They withheld a significant part of our damage deposit for what is normal wear & tear calling it "damage" They said they had to paint a rental that is over thirty years old and was not painted prior to our lease. I would avoid this company at all costs. They are not to be trusted and they have no integrity, at all. These people make promises that they have no intention of keeping and then try to bring older properties to an updated standard at the cost of their renters. If you do fall into their trap, document all communication in writing, you cannot trust anything they say. Once a renter signs the lease, they become rude and belligerent. On a scale of 1-10, we would rate them at -50. Our recommendation: AVOID AT ALL COST
