They were VERY rude and unprofessional when we disputed a cleaning charge. They billed us for a cleaning that never took place. When we tried to explain this, he became very rude and hung up on me! He swore at me and then refused to take any calls.

The cleaning service is marginal at best. Not very detail oriented. Many times the cleaning crew did not clean the base boards or missed the details in the bathroom or office.
