Meeting our needs:
Mr. Kreisman and his staff have always met our needs; when we return to Arizona we will again live in our home there and insure our three vehicle with his agency.
Quick action:
I received a notice that I was past due in one of my policies. Since I had been out of the country and busy with several projects, I had not noted the policy had lapsed. I called the office and in less then five minutes my information for payment was taken and I was off the past due list. I like having that quick reaction, and action to my concerns.
Reliable:
He has always been proactive in ensuring discounts on the policy on used to its best ability, in fact he might be the only agent that has done this. The response times are usually fairly quickly in that I can talk with him the same day as my inquiry or the next day.
