Good things come to those who wait!:
We've been in the market for a new kitchen floor for the past 6 mo. and we finally found a place that truelly cares about their customers!
I sent my wife alone to the store and she cant stop talking about how much more she knows about flooring than me now! The sales staff were all very helpful considering we both went on numerous occasions but the young man that finally handled our decision was prompt, polite, and even saved me 400$! I have to say if you get a chance or need a floor go to Fashion Floors in Austin Tx. You wont be dissappointed!

Nice Before the Sale:
The salesperson sang the product's praises, bragging about the advanced protective covering on the wood flooring. She said that our dog might make a "few minor scratches". A few weeks later, the floor was ruined with deep scratches. When I confronted the management, they were rude and unhelpful. The salesperson swore that she tried to talk us out of buying the flooring. When I called later on an unrelated failure of the same product, they hung up on me. Later, they told the Better Business Bureau that they would lake care of the second problem, but never did so. We're not the kind of people who find fault with everything. We have remodeled extensively in the past few years and would gladly recommend all of the other contractors we used.
