My first call to you was with Alex, who directed me to your web site, and increased my education on the service and products I was purchasing. Alex`s attitude was to educate me, for my own good, whether or not I was to ultimately use your company.What can I say, other than Thank You!. It's not often anymore that you find a service contractor who is willing to go the extra mile to satisfy a customer, but that is obviously exactly what you did.
The amazing thing was that the coils were dirty and were covered by a matting of dog hair, dust and whatever. A matted mess that had accumulated over 10 years and had caused the unit to fail and become terribly inefficient. Dave then proceeded to clean the system and put it back together.
Keeping the best interests of the customer first. This is why we continue to use your service and would always recommend others to do so.

So yeah, we tryed them out. Its was great. That staff at this company is superb. The guy was efficient and skilled. They even did a follow up call a few days after to see how the job went and if we had any more questions. Top Notch ! Thanks again

Feder's won't show up on time, even with the extremely generous time window they require. They won't even call to say they are running late.

It's been over 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for them repair my washing machine.

I realize that because this is a warranty repair that they aren't paid as much as if I would have called them cold, but there is no excuse for this laziness and incompetence.

If you do call Feder's, be prepared for a long long wait, and substandard work.

Their delivery guys are complete animals. They pounded on our apartment door one morning and insisted they were delivering a stove to our unit.
