Great Fence!!!!!!!!!!!!!:
These guys are very professional, They came out and spent over an hour with me going over the work I wanted them to do. My Fence is exactly what I wanted. This Company is very Trust worthy. they did not charge me for the work until I was happy, which I was and paid them on the spot after completion.

The owners response......:
I have been in business for 17 years and have never encounted anyone like this befor..Just about everything that is written above is not true.

We were contracted by these people to build them a fence because they had been given a notice by the city to repair or replace their fence or recieve a fine. The people couldn't locate a plat required to obtain a permit, so we even tried to locate one for them in city hall in downtown Denton. We couldn't locate one there either, so we had to carefully create one by hand so a permit could be submitted. Meanwhile, we had started their fence to keep the city off their backs because they had a deadline to complete the job befor recieving a citation fron the city. We finily got the permit for the job without a problem. We are registered as a contractor in all surrounding cities and ALWAYS obtain a permit for our jobs and NEVER did we say we wanted to "fly ender the radar".That's simply absurb!
I would like to answer all their allogations one by one.
1) Sprinkler pipe- From time to time, sprinkler pipes do get hit, but we repair them at no charge. We were never notified that it was "leaking"and if so, would have happily repaired it.
2) "Installed fence line over sprinkler head"- Their previous fence had a wild tree pushing it crooked. The new fence was brought in about three inches to miss the tree and create a straight, professional looking fence line. We never saw it, but when the homeowner brought it up, I said I would fix it and he denied me the opportunity.
3) "Installed one row backwards"- Our crew did face a section the wrong way, but then turned it back around. There are NO damaged posts.
4) "Gaps between the ground and fence"-These people's rear yard had many small hills of dirt and irregularties. Our crew did a very good job of grading the fence so it would be straight and flat on top. We were hired to build a fence and not clean up and smooth out his yard.
5) "Supported one post to one in the neighbor's yard"?? We have no idea what they're talking about.
6) "Case of you get what you pat for"?-We gave these people a very competitive price and then gave them a discount on top of that because they live several doors down from our salesman, which sold them the exact same fence some ten years ago. They were offered a beter quality fence, but declined. Our salesman then offered steel posts as an upgrade but he declined that as well.
7) "Looking for annother contractor to fix what's wrong" There is nothing wrong with their fence. In a matter of fact, we were given a few items that the homeowner wanted done after we were finished. After the guys had completed them, they asked the homeowner if there was anything else they could do for him,he then said everything was fine and shook their hand.
This fence is the same fence that comes on practally all your new homes today. The fence looks great and is a major improvement over his old fence. These people have paid for under half of the agreed upon ammount, and are trying their hardest to not to pay the balance for whatever reason.
I welcome anyone to call me and I'll be happy to give you their address and you can see the fence for yourself.

Thank You,
Tim Brewer

Poor Quality:
We recently contracted Fenceworks Fence Co of Flower Mound to install a new privacy fence. The workmanship is very poor. They tried to, in their words "fly under the radar" and install the fence with no permit, they eventualy got one, a day after the fence was installed..They broke a sprinkler head which they "repaired" although it still leaks. They installed the fence right on top of a sprinkler head that is clearly visible and now we must pay to have the sprinkler moved. They first installed one row backwards which caused issues with the gate, they did fix this but now we have damaged posts and the workmanship on the repair very very poor. All along the fence there are gaps between the ground and the fence that are as much as 6 inches off the ground, this won't keep a dog in the fence. They also supported one post by nailing a piece of wood to the post and attaching it to a post that is in our neighbors back yard! To sum it up -This is not a case of "you get what you pay for", we paid a fair competative price (over 3K) and now we are looking for another contractor to fix what they have done wrong, more money out of our pocket. Look elsewhere if your looking for quality.
