Positive experience:
I had a serious problem with a runflat tire on a 2011 BMW 75 miles from Palm Harbor. It was late in the afternoon and the Service Department had a new tire waiting and I was there for only 30 minutes right at closing. I have never had an automobile dealership experience as positive as this particular situation. Thanks to all who took the anxiety out of our visit.

Outstanding:
While this is my 8th bmw…this is my first one purchased at Ferman. I adore John C@!%!*r who was/is my sales person. However, my decision to purchase was based on the outstanding service that I always receive when I bring in my car for repairs or general maintenance. Alex (no longer at dealership sadly) and jack…are outstanding mechanics… and I so appreciate their knowledge and explanations of any issues my car may be experiencing. Matthew Price, my service advisor…always upfront and honest. And David…the first person to greet…bless his soul...despite all aches and pains...he makes me feel welcome!!!
