terrible customer service:
I ate at First Class Pizza on March 30, 2010. I never had such an uncomfortable experience. First I asked for a knife to cut the pizza for my one year old son and It was like asking for Gold. I was given an attitude by either the owner or manager (older women in her 50's with blondish/brownish color hair) When I was finally done explaining why I needed the knife then I was made to be embarrassed that I gave my 1 year old son and daughter a splash of my pink lemonade in their sippy cup. I was not trying to get over on anyone I am not hard up for $1.19 like she obviously is, that she had to say "is that pink lemonade in their cups, next time pay for it" Then to top it off as we are eating she starting cleaning the floor around us. It was a sign of disrespect like get out of her, who cleans the floor around a table while the customers are still eating that is plain RUDE. Needless to say I was not sastified with the service my husband was so annoyed with her attitude he left and waited in the car as to not start a confrontation in the restaurant. She is a terrible business person and I will never eat in your place again.
