I went to 5 Star Auto Care 4005 North Bend Road Cincinnati Ohio 45211 to have my seat belts repaired and my window switch fixed. After leaving my car there overnight Kevin called to tell me that I needed my ball joints replaced also, Kevin then told me I would have to leave my car another night and it would be finished the following day I ended up leaving my car there for a whole week and after continuous calling and no responses Kevin finally called me back on that Friday and told me I could come pick my car up after paying my bill I drove home and noticed all of my windows would not come down except for the drivers side I also noticed that there were only two switches in my car for the windows and I have 4 windows I also noticed knocking in my car every time I turn I called back up to 5 Star Auto to talk to Kevin and he said "oh well I guess it's just your windows." I asked him if I could come back up there have him take the switch out my window and refund my money he flat out told me no. A few days later a woman called me from 5 Star Auto to check the quality of my customer service I told her the whole story and that I was completely unsatisfied and she said she would have Derron the owner call me, he called me the same day and gave me an "Oh well" attitude and totally dismissed everything I told him I was completely taken advantage of. I was charged for a whole list of things I did not approve such as an oil change, changing my oil filter and adding engine oil, replacing the sway bar, 3 transmission lines and replacing both of my axles, u joints and also replacing a serpentine belt all of these things I did not approve it nor was I asked. I was duped into paying for unneeded repairs. It is extremely hard to find a mechanic you can trust and these guys at 5 Star Auto are the reason why.
