Service Dept is terrible!:
I spent nearly $2000 having both of my forklifts serviced. After the work was done neither machine ran well at all, (much worse than before servicing). I complained to my sales, Perry, who sent a different tech to check it out. The 2nd tech proceeded to break a spark plug which shattered in the head gasket. He left the machine in the middle of my parking lot inoperable. Two hours later I get an email from Forklift Services of Oregon that states I'll have to pay another $6500 to repair it. I called Perry and objected. He proceeded to tell me the company would not do anything to help.
