I hadn't steam cleaned my carpets in three years, no kids but two new puppies in the last year, so definitely time! I called Dr Steemer's Tile & Grout Cleaning based on these yellowbot.com reviews. Robert showed up right on time and was very meticulous about ensuring he didn't drip any water from the hose connections on my hardwood floors, while he cleaned the carpets. The price was $160 less than Stanley Steamers and I'm very happy with the work they did. Robert wanted to make sure we were pleased with the results. The free spotter and booties were a pleasant surprise. I'll definitely use this service again. Top notch!
