The front nine of this semi-private facility was designed by legendary architect Donald Ross in 1947, while the back nine was laid out by George Cobb and opened in 1959. The par-72 course features bermuda fairways, bent grass greens and a driving range. The fully-stocked clubhouse makes it a great spot for events and outings as well.
The 18-hole course has been spruced up to include a driving range, but still retains its old charm. With different yard lengths for men, women and senior citizens, the vast, well-sculpted course provides for all. Being semi-private, it is not so hard to get in, though members get special treats. The facility can be used for organized games too, and has a large, fully-stocked pro shop on-site....
