Stay Away!:
Dr. Frankel is rude, a bully and unpleasant. He tries to make you have cosmetic procedures you don't need or want. He pressures you to have a repair done in the most expensive and unnecessary way for profit. He belittles you if you don't choose his more profitable way. Watch his billing. It is dodgy. His office is dated and depressing.
