My Mother who is 83,bought a Volvo from Royal automotive Jan.22 2013. It has a loud noise in the front end and shook at 50 to 60 mph. She signed a paper saying they would take care of the problem no matter what the cost. After 3 months the problems were still there and Royal said the noise was due to it was a used car (61,000) miles on the car. I have a friend that has a Volvo with 377,000 miles on it. The used car manager at royal told me they WERE not going to fix the @#$@#%^&%$ car. I took the car to Franklin Auto and they Repaired all the 'problems for $ 73.00 yes I said $73.00. I'm so thankful there are still some honest business in this world. I would recommend Franklin Auto to everyone.
