Former speakeasy, steeped in tradition. Walls lined with vintage celebrity pics, tables topped in red and white checks. Unfortunately, crowd has devolved from rakes and rogues to overfed tourists. Dry-aged USDA Prime still grilled over hickory coals, but quality control has followed the décor over the downside of the hill.
