This place is a rip off the Manager told herself that they get 100% markup on their items sometimes more. They have the worst return policy of any company ever NO CASH REFUND under any circumstances and even with the receipt 30 days for store credit. They have horrid service I will never got back and telling all my friends and family the same.Jason freaks out on you for wanting to return anything in closing go elsewhere they are a bad business. The hot-head owner raised his voice multiple times when speaking with me, insisted I requested the old version when asking for the "New" and "Current" game, and offered me a measly $20 for a used game (used being 2 1/2 weeks old, and in the hands of Microsoft for two weeks, documented). He replied by saying, "I'm not a b****, I can not lose $30."
