A little out of the way, but considered an oasis by it's diehards (of which there are many), Garden of Eatin' isn't just a vegan restaurant, but a Rastafarian Ital restaurant, where the dishes are prepared with no animal products of any kind and no salt. Even without all that stuff, the stews are addictive, and the lemonade might be the best in Miami.
