Still PO'd after 3 years:
It's been 3 years since I went to GCM in Colorado Springs.. It's beyond "Not worth the money". It's a rip-off scam.
They contacted me. Got my name through Monster or Dice. Gave me a song and dance about how they can help and "They were in with all the
companies". Gave me the impression that they'd looking for a job for me. Signed the form and gave them $6,000. Then on the way home read the fine print
In short said tough cookies you signed no refund and we do not find a job for you. Basically they try to show you how to be your own recruiter. Nothing special. Not anything you can't
find on the Internet yourself.
Then the audacity. Once I got a job on my own with absolutely no help from GCM, they hounded me for HR contacts and executives names to put into their list.
I wouldn't recommend this company and even told them on their questionnaire.

Don't Waist Your Time or Money:
I used to work for them. The Colorado AG should shut them down. They run ads, call you to set an appt. w/ a VP, who is a salesperson. Keep the appt., don't go. The positive reviews are placed by employees!!

Excellent:
GCM helped me negotiate a compensation package that is 25% higher than the norm for my position in my industry. My counselor was outstanding in helping me every step of the way.
