Agree, customer service STINKS. Correction, there is none.:
I have been shopping here for years but the first time I went to return something (it was $1.50 item). The manager refused to take it back. I told him I did not need the refund, just report the problem to the wholesaler. He refused & told me to do it myself. In addition, he said may be I should shop at Ralph's or Von's. UNBELIEVABLE. Had an attitude like he owned the place. May be he did but then all the more reason to be more business like & professional. No american market would ever behave like this. I wonder if the owners know how badly their managers behave & whether they care. PATHETIC!

Nope, no customer service at all:
The place is good for vegetables and fruits, I have to give them that. But if you're thinking about getting something from the deli section, forget about it! Even if I was the only customer, I still had to wait for the employees to finish their gossips for a few minutes and was totally ignored as soon as an Armenian speaking customer asked for something. Extremely rude people when they see you don't speak their language! The only nice people there are the latino people, sorry but it's USA not Armenia guys!

Do these people know anything about customer service?:
I bought some rice from this store, and when I took it home and opened it to empty it into a container the overwhelming terrible odor filled my kitchen. I took it back to the store and asked to speak to the manager. I told him that this product he has sold was unacceptable and he should spend some time going over quality control. Instead of apologizing for the quality of his product he explained that there is nothing he can do about it. Then went on to say he couldn't take it back or give me a refund. When I told him that I just would make sure never to shop at his market, he replied by saying by me not stepping into his store was not going to harm him in any way. I just couldn't believe the words that were coming out of his mouth. In addition to the poor customer service, the store is unimaginably filthy for a supermarket. The store they portray in the commerical has no relation to what it really looks like. Just a bunch rude people.
