.Grand will screw you. My company called them when our truck broke down in Montgomery at 11 am. They didn't arrive until 2:30 p and charged us for the time it took for them to travel out there from Chicago which they claim they left at 11:30 and that we gave them the wrong addy. Why is the correct addy on the invoice? They also claim they told us the rates on the phone but they didn't and HAD THEY TOLD US we would have gone with another company because it was $30/hour than it was last year. They'll charge you for tolls, a 10% fuel surcharge which ends up covering their cost for fuel for the entire day and a bloated amount of time.

If they screwed you over complain to the ICC and if they didn't give you a Pre-Tow Disclosure Form make sure you tell the ICC that also.
