Greater Northwest Chimney

The ridiculously expensive "Bellefire" system is a complete waste! When I complained about the lack of promised heat in the room, my cathedral ceilings were cited as the cause...the same ceilings that were there at the time all the glowing promises for added heat were made! The logs sold to me burnt through in a year with the owner never getting back to me to rectify the situation. The fire kept blowing itself out and would not work at all during the power outage of 2006. I finally gave up, took the financial hit and employed someone else to install a completely new system. I will admit to my own stupidity in believing such a system might work, but you do not have to. Do not deal with these people on any level!!!

If this company is affiliated and works at all like the tacoma-based greater northwest chimney, I would not recommend.
