My stepdaughter asked to speak to the manager to ask if we could get a rain check or refund because the power had been knocked out due to a storm and never restored while we were there. The manager responded by yelling at her, intimidating her, and being an obnoxious misogynist. His wife joined in by making smug comments My daughter, whose 9th birthday party it was, wound up crying outside because the owners were yelling at her sister. It was a horrible experience, and completely uncalled for. These people should be ashamed for running their business that way. I have also contacted the Better Business Bureau.
