I will never go back!:
I will never go back! Every appointment I've ever had resulted in waiting at LEAST an hour, even when I chose the first appointment of the day. At my last appointment, I waited 1 hr and 45 min, only to hear through the wall, Dr. Gross on a personal call inquiring on how he could get kosher bagels delivered for a Bar Mitzvah in JANUARY. My appt. was on 11/9/15, NOT that it should matter. He had a patient waiting almost 2 hrs and had the audacity to make a personal call, and loud enough for me to hear it in the next room! I walked out but not without letting the receptionist know exactly why. I told her how long I had been waiting AND what the doctor was currently doing that resulted in my walking out. I said my time is very important and I had work to do. The next day I called, and had to leave a message for "Pat" the office manager, said I was a patient and that it was very important. She NEVER called me back. While I was waiting in the patient room, I posted on Facebook what was going on but NEVER said where I was or Dr. Gross' name. Ironically, a colleague posted "You must go to my old doctor. Was it Dr. Gross?" I also now see that his average ratings are 2-3 and I am NOT surprised. I am only upset that I did not check those first. My mother had referred me to him and I referred 2 personal friends of mine. Needless to say, they have all had the "waiting" issues and none of us will be going back to Dr. Michael Gross.

Horrible service and unprofessional doctor.:
I was refered to this place by my family doctor for a possible infected area under my stomach. We had to reschedule because we weren't seen or called back for over an hour. The next time we went there, we had to wait over an hour AGAIN and I was finally called back. The doctor examined the area and gave me a shot for it and put me on an antibiotic cream for it. The antibiotic and the shot did not help, so I waited to talk about it on the next appointment. On the follow up appointment, we had to wait a very long time to be seen again and I was about to reschedule again when I was called back. This time, the doctor had a terrible attitude and saw me for about 1 minute before rushing me out. He put me on an antifungal that did not help. Do not go here.

Poor customer service:
Their front office is what has turned me away from this place. I was treated like a criminal when I wanted a different medication for a rash, they make you come in if it's been longer than 6 months. The past two times I've called, they have been rude on the phone. I will take myself and my four family members that go there and find another dermatologist.

Verify Whom You'll Be Seeing:
Have had problems actually seeing the doctor and am always asked to see the P.A. instead. While I make it clear when I schedule the appointment I expect to see the doctor, he is often out with an "emergency" (skin condition emergency?) when I arrive. I haven't encountered any billing problems with the office apart from their wanting to charge specialist co pays to see a P.A.
