Esthetician Burnt Me with Laser!:

Bad experience with laser hair removal. The esthetician, Tonia, burnt my eyebrow half off and more than a year later it is still damaged. Owner was fined and put on 5 years probation by his licensing board--Be sure to check that a medical doctor is performing laser services or at the very least is in house at the time of service and the esthetician is experienced. This clinic treated me like nothing ever happened. I was never compensated for my doctor appointment, makeup to camouflage my burn, or for the botched service I received. There are other local clinics that can provide top notch services.
