Guglhupf Bakery & Patisserie was founded in Durham in the fall of 1998 by Claudia Cooper and Hartmut Jahn. We are dedicated to offering the Triangle community authentic artisan baked goods. Guglhupf uses traditional European baking techniques. Our products are prepared fresh daily by classically trained bakers and pastry chefs.
