Chef Shuffle-Plagued Haddingtons Closes On West Sixth, To Relaunch As Sister Restaurant To 24 Diner, Easy Tiger:
Haddingtons, which opened on West Sixth Street in the first days of the new year in 2011, closed after service on Sunday. The restaurant maintained a menu of highly praised American-style gastropub fare and craft cocktails, despite being plagued by one of Austin's worst cases of Chef Shuffle-itis.

Bar-wise, Haddingtons opened with such a flourish in 2010: Famed Austin mixologist Bill Norris (who hates being called a "mixologist") designed their cocktail menu and worked the bar. But just because Norris is at the Alamo Drafthouse now doesn't mean Haddingtons bar isn't still a force to be reckoned with.
