Big Disappointment:
My daughter passed away 3 months after signing a contract. I called to request a refund of her unused term. I was told someone would call me back. I called twice more and was finally told the owner would call me back. It has been over 3 months and I have not been given the courtesy of a return call. If a refund was denied, at least I would have some closure. The money sure would have helped toward funeral expenses.
