Horrible Customer Service:
Our Dacor dishwasher would not complete washing the dishes and would just cycle over and over and the lights would blink until someone came and pushed the door alittle. We would put the trash can against it braced with weights and that seemed to work until finally it didn't anymore. A Dacor repairman from Harry's came out and changed the sensor. It still blinked at us. He came out again and said that he would order a latch. One month later, we called and the person who answered the phone (his Mom we think) said that they would call us when the part came in. The following month, she said someone would call us back. Never called us back. Horrible customer service. Moving on to Woo's Appliance who fixed our dryer - hopefully he has some knowledge about dishwashers - or at least communicates with us one way or another.

Non-existent service:
I ordered a bosch dishwasher from Harry's applicance and was told that it would arrive in approximately three months. After four months had passed, I followed up and was told that it was due in that week's (friday's)shipment and that they would call me to arrange for installation. When that didn't happen, I followed up with several phone calls - each time I was told that someone would look into it and call me back. No one ever did. Fortunately, I was not out any money. However, I did waste A LOT of time dealing with this HORRIBLE business. Don't waste your time - I ended up working with discount mutual - it was less expensive AND problem free.
