Laughable and ridiculous:
Time for an update regarding this florist. My mom had a $70 Christmas FTD centerpiece ordered. What I got was just laughable.
First off, they should have resemble this:
I mention this because the arrangement that I received was absolutely laughable and I called FTD on it. They will use a different florist and rectify the problem with a new delivery. The arrangement I received had 2 roses and 2 carnations and 4 mismatched pine cones and a ridiculous tapered candle that stands 5" above the "hurricane" lamp. Some of the greens are put in upside down and don't even cover the florist foam block. The arrangement should contain around 18 miniature rose buds and numerous small carnations, with pine cones that match, ribbons and a tapered candle that actually fits in the hurricane lamp.
I will NEVER use this florist and I have already started to let other locals know what happened starting with my dinner guests tonight who should have been admiring the centerpiece not laughing at it.
