Superlative service/great family business:
We at HB Pharmacy, in North Arlington, have been using Hays keys since I was a little boy. My dad,who originally owned HB, used to take me in the family key shop in Kearny. Like HB too, they have their dog there, love that!
We have never gone anyplace else for key or locksmith service. They're wonderful, they do a great job and are more than fair with their pricing. Today though, they really went above and beyond .....we were scheduled to open at 9am and at 8:45 when we went to open the front door, the key snapped off in the lock and we couldn't get in. We called the Hays Keys, and George was able to move around scheduled appointments and was there in 15 minutes. We were in our store and helping customers before 9:15am. They went above and beyond today and we really appreciate their superlative service and quality workmanship! A Great Family Business!
