Excellent, Expedient and Professional Service; would strongly recommend. After calling LG and getting a case number and a list "Service Companies"; I called three other LG service Repair companies on 3/1/2014 (a Saturday morning) prior to contacting Heavenly Cool (HC); the first company refused to service my warrantied LG Electric Range stating "they tend to lose money on warranty calls", and the other two companies did not answer. HC the 4th choice on my list, answered and to my surprise was able to send a service technician that afternoon, within 4 hours of my phone call.
The service technician was professional, courteous and diagnose the problem immediately. Unfortunately the "electrical circuitry display board" had to be ordered. He informed me that he would contact me when the part was delivered, and advised me to unplug the Electric Range or to turn it off using my electric panel box; I used the latter recommendation.
I was contacted by HC on 3/4/2014 to inform me that the part was in and to set up an appointment for the install. HC was ready to install on 3/5/2014 but due to my busy schedule the appointment had to be scheduled for the weekend 3/8/2014. The install was performed as schedule and with "ZERO" out of pocket costs to me.
There was a little push-back from LG, since my issue was not specifically addressed within the warranty guidelines. HC was extremely instrumental advising and assisting me in resolving this issue.
I highly recommend HC, I only which that I had called them first and wasting time with the other "Service Companies". Problem was done right, professionally, and expediently the first time.
