My furnace went out on Friday 1-18-13. I called this company the next morning and they said they would be out to look at it between 9-12 that morning. The technician showed up at 11:30 looked at my furnace for 5 minutes and wrote me an invoice that I needed a new furnace because the heat exchange was cracked and cost more to replace that then to get a new furnace which would be about $2,500. He also said that I need a new chimney liner for an extra $500. I had to pay him $55 for him to tell me that. Well I got a second opinion on Tuesday 1-22-13, he fixed my furnace with a $35 part! The second guy that a friend recommended replaced the ignitor and a flame rod. I feel like Ron the Furnace guy was just in a hurry and took my money. These people are BOGUS!
