I've been taking my watches to him for years.:
The watch repair man is named Micheal. He is located in the downtown tunnels and is directly below the Esperson Building. Access to his location is easiest by going through the Esperson Building.
He has several years of experience from all types of watches. From battery replacement, crystal replacement, not keeping time, gasket and crown leaks, band replacement, movement cleaning and oiling, pressure test, and sizing; Hi-Tech is a full service watch hospital. He often is working on several rolex watches and is familiar with all brands of watches including: Brietling, Omega, Raymond Weil, Patek Phippe, Piaget, Tag Heuer, Ebel, Rado, Movado, Seiko, Swiss Army, Victorinox, Tissot, etc...
I've personally taken a vintage solid gold Bulova Watch to have him repair the movement, clean the band, and replace the crystal. He's also sized a Rado band for me and is currently repairing for me a TAG SEL where the links are loose(where the factory would no longer repair the link but replace the band).
He is very reasonable with his price, honest with his work, and quite fair when it comes to a job that is unrepairable.
In this day and age of high technology, it's very nice to find a true craftsman!
