Behind the times:
I'm a current owner in one of the buildings in which HRM manages and if I have the sway, I would leave these guys in a heartbeat. Bill, the person that usually answers the phone, is one of those smug types that tries to put you in your place. And they are backwards in services, where they continue to mail the monthly financial statements when all this can be happened via email.
Their management fees are $250 a month for a 8 unit building, which is about $50 higher to some other competitors like Red Bridge or 2Sixty Property.
I'm not trying to put down this family run business but they really are either over their heads or they really don't try to go that extra mile.
