"Neighborhood tavernas" don't get much more "relaxed" than this "quiet" Yorkville Greek where the "honest" food and "wonderful grilled fish" channel Santorini – or at least "Astoria"; maybe the whitewashed setting could be "spiffed up", but thankfully the tables are "far enough apart" and service is "attentive."
