"Neighborhood tavernas" don't get much more "relaxed" than this "quiet" Yorkville Greek where the "honest" food and "wonderful grilled fish" channel Santorini – or at least "Astoria"; maybe the whitewashed setting could be "spiffed up", but thankfully the tables are "far enough apart" and service is "attentive."

Greenwich Village said goodbye to its best Greek restaurant when Ithaka lost its lease.
