Glowing chandeliers and deep red hues create a bordello feel for frazzled young execs and downtown couples hungry for small plates of lamb chops and shrimp fra diavolo. Arancini laced with prosciutto and black truffles are little balls of heaven. The $26-a-bottle wine list eliminates hemming and hawing over ordering that second bottle. Downstairs lounge Cava buzzes long after the witching hour.
