Very crowded facility:
The facility in West Orange can be very crowded with 28 or so tables that are often all filled at the same time. You can spend well over an hour trying to get in a 30 minute session because you have to wait for equipment or wait for a therapist to give you instruction. At times everyone there seems overwhelmed with the volume of patients
The therapists do not seem to have the same experience level. Some like Dan or Eric have lots of experience and are very good to work with. Others appear to be much less experienced and seem uncomfortable talking to the patients and giving instruction. One problem is that you don't know which therapist you will be working with from visit to visit so your session may not be as helpful as it could be.
One positive is that they have early morning and late evening appointments so you don't have to leave work to make an appointment. The people at the front who schedule appointments are helpful and generally friendly.

Very Pleased:
I highly recommend JAG Physical Therapy. I came in with a shoulder issue not one but two times. Although I was frustrated because mine is a chronic injury, the therapists and staff were patient with me and have helped me come back to full recovery!
