Tips

Shareable menu (with get veg options) in a over-the-top gorgeous setting off the Pearl's family-friendly park. Try the $3 mix-and-match charcuterie options, wood-fired flatbreads, and crave-worthy Parmesan potato gratin.

After the ill-fated Fenouil closed (tip for prospective restaurateurs: don't use a name no one can pronounce), Pearl watchers wondered what would be able to fill the elegant, lofty and expensive space that overlooks one of Portland's most appealing parks. Jamison is the answer and let's hope it's a keeper. The menu concept is odd, to say the least.
