Japonaise Bakery

Since 1993, Japonaise Bakery has been providing Retail Bakeries from Cambridge.

“Pop in” for a “light and tasty” treat at these “wonderful” counter-serve patisseries that deal in traditional Japanese and East-meets-West flavors “you don’t find” elsewhere (e.g. curry donuts, green-tea sponge cake); with “personal as well as full-sized” offerings and reasonable rates, you might be tempted to “order them all.”

French for japanese, japonaise is a description in itself as Hiroko describes her bread nd cakes as french with a japanese twist. her creations are inspired by the brilliance of french breads and the subtle, unique essence of japanese pastries.
