I was referred to Jefferson Appliance by a friend who had a good experience. The service was excellent, they came out on very short notice and worked late into the evening. You can tell this guy is very busy but makes time for every job like you're his only customer. He charged exactly what he quoted me, even though the job ended up being a little bigger than expected. I will DEFINITELY call Jefferson Appliance before any other service for any household needs. Completely 100% satisfied!

BEWARE, CROOKS, DO NOT LET THEM NEAR YOUR HOME APPLIANCES. The Attorney Generals office already has complaints filed against Jefferson Appliance for fraudulent practices.
The last "kind" review was written by someone in their company. Not only do they not give the 89.00 back or apply it to the bill, they ordered parts that I did not need, marked them up, charged me for (4) and I found out from the appliance manufacturer that I only need 2 of the parts. Leo is the owner, he does not separate the material parts from the labor on the hand written bill and adds on hours that he did not spend on the labor. When he is questioned, he is unprofessional and verbally abusive and threatening. Wish I had read the other reviews and called the Attorney Generals office before I hired them. It is a family run business run by a bunch of unprofessional frauds. Please spread the warning.
