cannot trust the people at this location:
planned to do a lot of traveling during Christmas,2007; so i send my wife to jiffy lube at pat booker road, but she said it was backed and she would go to another one. she went to walaem road store; requested an oil change and filter change. This was on the 19th december, on 20th december i asked her why the inside of the car was so dirty, she stated that she had not had time to clean it and that jiffy lube did not; same day i go to use the windshield wiper/washer, find that there is no fluid in the tank. stopped to get gas and decided to check the tires two where low (20 psi)
MAKE ME WONDER what else they didnot check.
I have used jiffy lube for years and I have not had a problem; but i guess if I send my wife i had best recheck everything myself.
