We hired Gary to cut down 2 trees, he told us it would take him half a day, so we left a check for him which he promptly cashed before we were home from work however the job was not completed. Gary only took down 1 tree, we have heard several excuses as to why he has not been back out. At this point he is no longer answering his phone...nice. We wanted to support our local Mooresville small business owners, however Gary was quick to screw us. I have called many times and now the boy answering his phone for him tried to say he didn't know who Gary was. Funny Gary answered when he wanted our money. I can't say enough how so very disappointed I am in Gary Joseph. Allegedly he works for a local fire department and is a member of a local church....hopefully nothing goes missing from those places but I wouldn't be shocked if it did. I hope sitting in church on Sunday makes him feel good about himself and taking money from others. I would never, ever recommend Gary Joseph Tree Service LLC to anyone....EVER.
