Don't Bother:
I went to return a dress my wife bought. They would not credit our visa card but instead gave us a store credit. They referred me to the words at the very bottom of the receipt. They DID NOT mention that policy to my wife or point out the bottom of the receipt to her. The clerk said "It's not my policy, it’s the owners". I politely asked the owner to call me two weeks ago, but unfortunately I never got a call. Rotten customer service. They don't care, they got the sale, but it will be our last.
