This guy is unkept and reaks. But I let him into my home as I was desperate to get my TV fixed. Now I know why he will run right over. It is the only way he can get any business.
So do not be as hasty as I was.
On the phone he told me he was Hitachi Authorized to fix Hitachi plasma TV's. CALL your Manufacture First.
Justin is not authorized for any brand of television repair.
I Let Justin repair my TV. The bill was over the estimate and he made excuses about it. Justins Estimates are WORTHLESS! Took him all afternoon to make a repair. He did not seem to know what he was doing.
Three days later the TV failed again. (He insisted on payment in cash.)
So I called Justin, that was two weeks ago. I have left several messages and gotten no reply.
He picked up once and as soon as I said my name the phone went dead.
Simply put, I got burned.
This guy is really Emergency TV service. But Emergency TV's reputation is sooo rotten, that Justin is now either moonlighting or covering up for Emergency TV.

I had my 3 year old 46" Samsung LCD repaired by Justin today. He diagnosed the problem immediately, fixed it with a repair that will prevent future similar problems and was very informative. Explained the what, how's and why's in terms easy to understand. I would definitely use Justin again and recommend him to anyone needing repairs in the Milwaukee area. I've read some negative reviews against him. They make NO sense and they're obviously from a local competitor. This guy is legit and knows his TV's. He's following in the footsteps of a family business.
