After leaving an honest review about how awful my customer service experience was with this vendor, he must have read one of them because he then called me on the phone at 11:30 at night trying to speak with me about my review. He then text me a horrible message at midnight telling me "I knew right away I did not want to work with you" and this man only met me for less than 2 minutes. He is an awful businessman. Lied and told me he was going to get together flower arrangements and we were going to meet at someone else's shop. When I got to the shop on Father's Day, after I had taken time away from my family to meet him, he had no arrangements and then tried to scold me like a small child asking me, "are you going to text or talk on the phone or pay attention to me" and I only had my phone in my hand, I was not talking or texting on my phone. All he did at this so-called consultation was pour some vase filler in a vase, put a light in there, which I already had my own lights and had already done that and tell me this is what my arrangement was going to look like with some flowers on top. Since he said he knew when he saw me he didn't want to work with me he is probably racist because he knew I was a female since I was the bride, so maybe he doesn't like to work with African Americans because I hardly opened my mouth for him to decide he didn't want to work with me. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SO CALLED FLORIST AND FIND SOMEONE WHO WILL NOT BE RUDE AND NASTY TO YOU AND THEN STALK YOU BY CALLING AND SENDING NASTY MESSAGES ONCE YOU DECIDE NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
