They ruined my clothes!!:
This place is terrible and their manager rude and criminal. I brought a $400 dress to them after wearing it once tho be cleaned and got it back more than a size smaller!!! He told me that I must have gained weight in the THREE DAYS that they had it, when ,actually, I'd lost weight since i bought it. The shoulders shrunched up to my ears, it rode up my back and over my hips. he told me it looked "almost perfect." He told me that he would do it over and have them stretch it with steam. I disputed that trying to stretch it with heat would ruin the elasticity of the fabric. He told me that heat and steam are not the same. He took the dress and when I got it back it was STILL TOO SMALL. He told me that he checked it against the label and the measurements of the dress measure the manufacturer. Then he told me that all dresses shrink the first time you dry clean, then denied that it shrunk. He told me that he gave it to his insurance company to inspect and they said the same. When I asked him if he sent my dress to his insurance company after he cleaned and stretched it, how did he manage to get it back to me again in 2 days. He told me that no, he called them. So they didn't inspect my dress?
he wouldn't even look at me as I was trying to address him and continued sewing buttons at the front desk. how rude. Every time I tried to speak, he interrupted me.
Long story short. They provide terrible service, lack courtesy and respect, are way overpriced and ruined a $400 dress that I'm taking the loss for!

Horrible new management:
Changed Owners and Now HORRIBLE Manager! The Kims were so lovely, but the new management are completely rotten. Today, I had 3 issues: 1. they pressed a blouse that I had told them (and the tag says) "no iron". He insisted that "pressing" and "ironing" are 2 totally different things. 2. I had a stain on a top they didn't get out or acknowledge and he argued it wasn't a "stain", but a "discoloration". 3. He charged me $19 for a long sweater/tunic that he argued was a dress!! In the past, the same sweater was always $12 and we even found it in the records and he wouldn't change it.

A complete rude scoundrel. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!

Great Service.:
People are friendly and they deliver and pick up from your home. they are always on time and I have yet to have any trouble with lost clothing or bad tailoring after going to them for a year. new owner seems to know what he's doing and actually cares.
