Great Dim Sum & Cantonese:
My wife and I love eating at Hong Kong Bistro and do so on a regular basis. It’s a sit down only restraint with the best Cantonese food I have had in the U.S. The lady that owns HKB is names Chou (Taiwanese by birth) and is a very nice and professional hostess. She recently changed her menu a little to accommodate some of her non Chinese customers and has recently hired a new chef from Hong Kong. Let me add one more thing, they serve outstanding Dim Sum but only on the weekends for now.
