Great school for ALL ages:
This is a great school for people of all ages. At 47 I decided to give kick boxing a try and I was welcomed into to the class by a great group of students. The more experienced members help out the newbees like me and we all have a great time and get an awesome workout!!! Master Dunn and his team are all great! Give it a try!
