KBC Home Improvement is a Fraud. Steve and Julie Lewis are thieves. They are not licensed and insured. They take innocent peoples money and do not perform the services. They should be investigated. They work out of an office for a while then disappear. They worked the Kalamazoo area last year, now they are suddenly located in Allegan. I was told the process of ordering and receiving windows would take three to four weeks. After week four I contacted the sales manager Scott (took several attempts) who informed me it would take a total of four to six weeks. After the sixth week I tried to contact (several attempted contacts) Steve Lewis (owner) and was unable. After contacting the original sales person, with which I was informed he was ill and out on FMLA which in fact he was no longer working for KBC (he says quit, Steve Lewis said he was terminated) I received Steve Lewis' personal phone number and we finally discussed the situation. This was the beginning of week eight and he promised me he would refund my money (text). Most disturbing was/is the constant miss truths that are perpetuated by KBC e.g. I was told the original sales person was out on medical leave (mentioned above) by the sales manager and then told by the production manager (two weeks later) the sales manager was out on medical leave when in fact Steve Lewis (via text) states "they are no longer working for me." This along with other communication difficulties and additional misrepresentations have occurred----long and boring, but factual as I have the texts for proof.
