MY WEDDING WAS IN AUGUST 2011 (SORRY IT TOOK SO LONG-BUT THE PUBLIC MUST KNOW). I was reminded by my friend asking me to recommend the limo co I used (I DID NOT RECOMMEND THEM) I used this company for my wedding day b/c I met one of the owners at a yankee game 2 weeks before my wedding(which I found out later he was just a driver, posing as an owner). I believe every review on here because the courtesy they display is "0". The tone and attitude of the voices you hear when you call is perceived to me as if they do not want the business. So I ordered the limo for 5 hrs (FOR APPROX 2 HORS the limo will be sitting around so that I may get pics). Unbenounced to me the limo left immediately after dropping me off and we never got pictures with the 20 passenger escalade for my album (moments I cannot get back). My husband & some family members tried to reason with the driver and explain to him what we paid for AND THAT HE HAS BEEN PAID FOR 5HRS and the driver who was so darn rude just took off STATING HE HAD ANOTHER PICKUP. I called the owner "LOU" and it turns out the driver was a complete jerk and should have stayed. "Lou" offered us a ride to the airport when leaving for our honeymoon the next day. We declined the offer, because nothing takes place of the memories we can never get back. Of all the vendors I used this seemed to be the "only" yet biggest problem of my entire day. I forgot the drivers name but if he is short and rude with a heavy voice (spanish I think) "beware"...I would never recommend this transportation company to anyone I knew unless you are looking to start some bad blood...LOL. THIS IS NOT A JOKE. THIS IS SERIOUS READ THE REVIEW IM SURE ALL OF THEM ARE TRUE.

On our wedding day, they showed up with an OLD, RUSTY Lincoln. This is NOT what we ordered! The car looked like it had been rubbed down with sandpaper, then repainted (in some spots) with regular house paint. My wife and I were mortified but didn’t let it ruin our day. Please don’t use this company! I don’t think they have any of the other limo’s on their website, they show up every time with the same OLD disgusting car and say, “we thought that was what you ordered”. The Lincoln just happens to be the only car not on their website - I cant wait to get our wedding photo's back so everyone can see what this company is doing!!! Total scam! Never again!

This is the Worst Buisness that I have ever come across. I advise everyone to beware because their servise is horrible and they LIE. DO NOT TRUST THEM. After reporting my horrible experience to the boss he did not care and simply hung up the phone on me. NO one should be treated like this. They need to learn how to run their business and how to treat their clients.
